Tianjin

Tianjin has one of the largest ports in China and a key shipping hub for the region. The city also has several large and important development zones. There are 106 “Fortune 500” companies have set up businesses in Tianjin. According to Tianjin government website, Motorola, Toyota, IBM, Samsung and many other well-known brands are represented in the city. Foreign invested ventures make up 49% of gross industrial output.

Major industries are Automobiles, Electronics, Petrochemical Products, Metallurgy, Medicine, Mechanical Industries, and New Energy Sources. Other key industries are Advanced Building Materials, Plastic Products, Consumer Durables, and Food and Beverage Packaging.
